Re:In:Act 2023

The overlooked corners, layers and pockets of history brought alive in performance by local artists.

In 2022 Prospect Park Productions presented a pilot season of Re:In:Act under the Otepoti Theatre Lab banner in partnership with Toitu Settlers Museum. Beginning during Matariki, three works were presented in the Ara-i-te-uru, New Edinburgh, and First Great City galleries. In 2023, we’ve opened the net wider to bring in more creatives and stories from Ōtepoti Dunedin.

What is Re:In:Act?

Re:In:Act is an opportunity for creative pairs or individuals to research, develop, and present a short (5-10 minutes) low-fi live performance (physical/dance, monologue, and/or music) in response to a site (place), community, and/or history in Otepoti–Dunedin.

Performances are free to attend and celebrate our local stories, told by our local creatives.
